This article explains how to disable the LDV Rover auto stop-start function through the centre display.
Auto stop-start may automatically turn the engine off when the vehicle is stopped and restart it when driving conditions are met.
How to disable auto stop-start
Start the vehicle or turn the ignition on.
On the centre display, tap the settings icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select Driving Preference from the menu.
Find the Start/stop option.
Tap the switch beside Start/stop to turn it off.
Confirm the switch has changed from blue/on to grey/off.
Important note
The screen states that some driving functions may automatically reactivate each time the vehicle starts. If auto stop-start turns back on after restarting the vehicle, repeat the steps above before driving.
