If you discover a chip, crack, or any other damage on the motorhome’s windscreen during your trip, follow the steps below to document it properly. This helps us assess the issue quickly and determine if action is needed.
Step 1: Take Clear Photos of the Damage
To ensure the damage is accurately assessed:
- Take clear, close-up photos of the damage.
- Place an Australian coin (e.g., 20c or $1) next to or beneath the damaged area to show scale.
- If there’s glare or reflection, place a sheet of white paper or a light-coloured pillow behind the glass (on the inside) to improve visibility.
- Include a wide-angle photo to show the damage in relation to the full windscreen.
Step 2: Send the Photos to Our Roadside Team
Once you have your photos ready, please send them to:
roadside@cruisinmotorhomes.com.au
Include your name, vehicle registration number, and a brief note about when you first noticed the damage.
What Happens Next?
Our roadside team will review the images and:
- Advise whether the damage is safe to continue driving with
- Recommend any required repairs or next steps
- Arrange depot support or replacement if necessary
