Step 1: Complete the Damage and Accident Report Form

This form is mandatory and must be submitted in one of the following ways:
- Via email (preferred) before your return, or
- In person, by handing in a physical copy when returning the vehicle.
Time-sensitive: Please complete and submit this form as soon as possible to avoid any delays in your claim or assessment process.
What You’ll Need to Include
For All Accidents (Single Vehicle or Third Party):
- Full renter and driver details
- Accurate date, time, and location of the accident
- Description of what happened
- Photos of all damage to the motorhome
- Mark all visible damage on the diagram included in the form
- Indicate if police attended the scene and supply any report/reference number
If a Third Party Is Involved:
In addition to the above, please also include:
- Their full contact details, including:
- Driver's name
- Phone number
- Email address
- License number and expiry
- Registration details
- A clear photo of their driver’s license
- Photos of all damage, including both vehicles and any property involved
- Their statement of liability if available (e.g., if they admitted fault)
Be sure to complete the “Other Vehicle/Property Details” section on the form fully.
