Fiat Motorhome (S2) - How to Check Your Oil Level

This Guide explains how to check the engine oil level on an S2 Fiat Motorhome, using both the dashboard oil-level display and the physical dipstick.




Important

Do not add or top up any fluids without prior approval from the Cruisin’ On-Road Care team.

Park the vehicle on level ground and allow the engine to cool before checking the oil.


Step 1: Check the oil level on the dashboard

  1. Turn the ignition on.

  2. Use the arrow buttons on the left-hand side of the steering wheel to navigate through the dashboard menu.

  3. Scroll to the Vehicle Information section.

  4. Continue through the information screens until the Oil Level display appears.

  5. Take a clear photo of the oil-level

Step 2: Check the oil dipstick

  1. Open the bonnet and secure it safely.

  2. Locate the engine oil dipstick.

  3. Pull the dipstick completely out.

  4. Wipe it clean with paper towel or a clean cloth.

  5. Reinsert the dipstick fully.

  6. Pull it out again and check the oil level.

  7. Check both sides of the dipstick.

  8. Take clear photos of both sides of the dipstick.

  9. Reinsert the dipstick fully when finished.

 

Send through the Required images to roadside@cruisinmotorhomes.com.au for assessment:

  • A photo of the dashboard oil-level screen

  • Clear photos of both sides of the dipstick

The On-Road Care team can then advise the next step.

 

 

If the oil level appears low

Do not add oil yourself unless Cruisin’ On-Road Care has instructed you to do so.
