Fiat Motorhome - How to Mute your 12V Panel (Black CBE Panel)

If your 12V Panel is beeping or making noise this guide explains how to mute the sound on the black CBE 12V control panel.

How to mute the panel

1. Turn the 12V panel on.

2. Press the PROG button to open the settings menu.

3. Use the up and down arrow buttons to scroll through the menu.

4. Highlight SETTING.

5. Press PROG to select it.

6. Scroll to TONES.

7. Press PROG to open the tones setting.

8. Use the arrow buttons to change TONES ON to TONES OFF.

9. Press PROG to confirm.

10. Return to the main menu and select EXIT.

11. When SAVE? YES appears, press PROG to save the change.

12. The panel will return to the normal display with the button tones muted.

To turn the tones back on

Repeat the same process and change:

TONES OFF → TONES ON

Then exit and select SAVE? YES.

Important note

Muting the tones only disables the panel's audible button sounds. It does not switch off the 12V system or change the operation of the water pump, lights, batteries, or other appliances.
