If an engine warning light has appeared on your motorhome, there are a few quick checks we need you to complete so we can better understand what may be causing the issue.

Once you have watched the video, please follow the steps on the attached checklist and take all of the requested photos.
The information and photos you provide will help our On Road Care Team assess the issue and work out the best next step as quickly as possible.
A couple of important things before you start:
- Please do not add or top up any fluids unless our On Road Care Team has asked you to do so.
- Please keep the vehicle parked and do not continue driving until we have reviewed the information and confirmed it is safe to proceed.
Once you have completed the checks, please email all photos in one email to roadside@cruisinmotorhomes.com.au.
If possible, please include your booking number and vehicle registration in the email.
