If any of the appliances that works on 240 V setting are not functioning, don’t worry — we’ve created a simple step-by-step guide to help you restore power. These steps will also help us diagnose the issue faster if you need to contact support. We have also attached a PDF and a Video tutorial for your convenience
Let’s get started:
Step 1: Plug in to 15AMP Power
Locate the power connection socket on the side of your vehicle.
Use the supplied cord to plug into a 15 Amp outlet at your campsite (household 10 Amp outlets are not compatible).
Ensure the plug is firmly connected at both ends.
Step 2: Check the Breaker at the Power Socket
Open the flap beside your vehicle’s external power socket.
Make sure the breaker switch is in the UP position.
Step 3: Check Your Internal Circuit Breakers
Inside the vehicle, go to the right side of the rear dinette seat.
Locate the cabinet or flap under the seat — the two main circuit breakers are here.
Ensure both breakers are facing UP.
Step 4: Test the Campsite Power Source
Unplug your power cord from the vehicle.
Plug that end into a small appliance (e.g., phone charger or toaster).
If the appliance does not work, the issue is with the campsite power. Contact the site staff for assistance.
Step 5: Unplug All Internal Appliances
Unplug all devices inside the motorhome to isolate potential tripping causes:
Cooktop: Located under the sink inside the cabinet.
Hot Water System: Plug is under the middle dinette seat near the bathroom.
Microwave: Plugged in on top of the fridge.
Unplug the kettle, toaster, and all personal electronics like phones, tablets, laptops.
Step 6: Reset and Test
With everything unplugged, flip the circuit breakers back UP.
Now, plug in one appliance at a time.
After each item, check if the breaker trips again.
This will help identify the faulty appliance or plug.
