Step-by-Step Bluetooth Pairing Instructions
1. Start from the Vehicle Head Unit
Press the Phone button on your Fiat’s head unit to begin the pairing process.
2. Initiate Bluetooth Device Search
Tap on Search for Bluetooth Devices on the screen.
Then select Add a Device.
3. Enable Bluetooth on Your Phone
On your mobile phone, go to the Settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned ON.
Keep this screen open while the phone searches for nearby devices.
4. Connect from the Head Unit
On the Fiat head unit, wait for your phone’s name to appear in the list of available devices.
Once visible, tap your device name to initiate the pairing. (Note: It may take a few seconds for the name to appear.)
5. Confirm the PIN
A PIN will be displayed on both the head unit and your phone.
Ensure the numbers match and confirm the pairing by selecting Yes on the head unit and your phone.
6. Set Up Android Auto (Optional)
If your phone supports Android Auto, you may be prompted to set it up at this stage.
You can choose to proceed or tap Not Now if you prefer to skip it.
Tips for a Successful Connection
Make sure your phone is not already connected to another Bluetooth device.
Stay inside the vehicle while pairing to maintain a strong signal.
If connection fails, restart Bluetooth on both your phone and the vehicle and try again.
