Reverse Camera Not Working

This article provides steps to help you determine whether your vehicle is equipped with a reverse camera and how to activate it if it is.

Step 1: Check If Your Vehicle Has a Reverse Camera

Most Deluxe 6 Berth and Deluxe 4 Berth vehicles are fitted with a reverse camera. If your vehicle has one, the display will appear on the interior rear-view mirror.

Look for a built-in screen over the mirror — this indicates a camera system is installed.

Step 2: Turn On the Reverse Camera Screen

If your rear-view mirror includes a screen, follow these instructions:

  1. Locate the Buttons:
On the right-hand side of the mirror, you’ll find four buttons.
  2. Power On the Screen:
Press and hold the top button (power button) for about 3 seconds until the screen turns on.
  3. Select the Correct Channel:
The camera is connected to one of two available channels.
Use the arrow buttons located below the power button to toggle between them.
The reverse camera feed will appear on one of these channels.

No Screen Detected?

If there is no screen over your rear-view mirror, your vehicle may not be equipped with a reverse camera.
